Configuring the dotNails project for debugging

Remove ReadOnly attribute from the following three files - the installer needs these in source control, but this will keep it off your back
dotNails\dotNails\bin\dotNails.dll
dotNails\dotNails.CodeGen\bin\Debug\dotNails.CodeGen.dll
dotNails\dotNails.CustomTool\bin\Debug\dotNails.CustomTool.dll

Alter the following in the dotNails project properties:
Start Action->Start external program:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\Common7\IDE\devenv.exe

Start Options->Command line arguments:
/resetaddin dotNails.Connect

Start Options->Working directory:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\Common7\IDE\

If you see the following warning when trying to debug dotNails, uninstall, rebuild, and reinstall. I think it has to do with a cache issue with the dotNails.CodeGen dll (the core shared dll) when debugging. It means it either didn't get packaged into the installer along with the rest of the source (most likely a dependency detection failure), or something didn't get overwritten properly.
The above always fixes it.
